Information Centre

The Information Centre service (based in each of the four University libraries) is the place to go if you need help with other areas of  University student support.

The friendly Information Centre team can give you help and advice on pretty much anything, from library queries, money and accommodation advice, to disability and mental health support as well as assistance with student funding and Visa issues with course support (coming soon). Where applicable they will refer you on to specialist support colleagues across the University.

You can contact the team in person, by phone, live chat or submit an enquiry using the Student Information Desk (SID) portal. Outside of service hours there is an option to self-serve by finding answers to your queries via the same SID portal – via FAQ section or Chatbot service. You can access links to these channels and find out more about the Information Centre service and opening hours by either going to MyKingston or the KU App (Info Centre tile).
