Glenmore House, Surbiton

Friday 25th May: 7pm - Midnight

This year’s awards will once again be held at Glenmore House, Surbiton (2 mins walk from Surbiton train station and 10 min walk from Penrhyn Road)

Tickets are now on sale at £25 each and include a two course meal, welcome drinks and lots of entertainment!

The winning theme this year is prom with a tropical twist so make sure you come in your best dressed but feel free to add some tropical flare!

Tickets will be available until 10am Tuesday 8^th May so make sure your purchase your ticket by then!

 

WHAT ARE THE AWARDS?

This year we will be awarding 13 society awards overall with 1 of these awards celebrating five winners.

The list of the different awards can be found under 'General Information and Guidelines' so you can see what is up for grabs but they include Most Improved Society, President of the Year, Outstanding Contribution and Most Active Society to name a few.

HOW DO YOU WIN THEM?

This part is very important......YOU NOMINATE YOURSELVES!!!! Therefore, you cannot win anything if you do not send in nominations. It does not have to be you but others can nominate you too and not necessarily from societies. You can be nominated as many times as you like for as many awards as you please. It is not restricted to just one award or just one nomination. The more the merrier. However, the awards committee will be judging on the nomination received and not previous knowledge. SO MAKE SURE YOU PUT A LOT OF EFFORT INTO YOUR FORMS. Pictures are very useful for the committee to be able to actually see your events and testimonials are good too. Detail, detail, detail!
