SPEAR runs and is involved in numerous, fairs, fund- and awareness- raising events and collection days throughout the year. For these we maintain a pool of volunteers who are unable or unwilling to commit to a regular volunteer role, but like to help where and when they can to support our clients. These volunteers are invaluable to SPEAR, dropping in to (wo)man a stall, shake a collection bucket, or pick up some donations from a local supermarket.
