It is very important that a risk assessment is filled out before your event and sent to the Societies Office. You only need to fill out one for every type of event or activity you have. For example if you meet once a week to play board games then you need to only fill out one risk assessment. However if you change what your activity is every week or every event then you will need to fill in multiple risk assessments, one for each event.
