Event Related Forms

Guest Speaker Forms need to be submitted a minimum of two weeks in advance of the event otherwise they will be denied due to issues with safeguarding.

Room Booking Forms need to be submitted two weeks in advance of the event otherwise we cannot guarntee you the room nor guarantee a replacement if issues do arise.

Completed Risk Assessments need to be submitted two weeks in advance of the event. If your event is recurring then you need to only submit one risk assessment for that event. If the event is with an external company they may have a risk assessment so please ask them for a copy.
