  • Raymond Goh:

I am a second-year Architecture student at Kingston University, currently holding the positions of Student Trustee for the Union of Kingston Students (UKS) and President of the Kingston Association of British and Chinese University Students (ABACUS). My journey into governance and leadership began during my time in secondary school in Hong Kong, where I served in various student leadership roles. Notably, I served as Second Prefect and chaired the Graduation Dinner Executive Committee, a role that presented unprecedented challenges due to the pandemic lockdown and government restrictions. These experiences taught me the importance of authentic leadership, which extends beyond titles and responsibilities. It is deeply rooted in genuine sincerity, appreciation of every individual’s voice and the willingness to share one's vulnerabilities. It is a true honour to serve as the humble advocate for those who have entrusted me with this role, and I am wholeheartedly committed to serving Kingston University and the UKS with the utmost dedication and integrity!”
