Not My Beautiful Markets terms and conditions

Your stall isn’t confirmed until we’ve received your payment. Payment is non refundable and non exchangeable. 

We will not be able to provide you with a breakdown of your application/booking so please make note of details in advance.

We will contact you through the details you provide in the booking form, so check if you can access it. It is your responsibility to check for communication from us, we take no responsibility for any missed communications.

Please only bring one other person with you to the market. If you need an additional person, you must agree this with us in advance.  You, or the other person you are with, must be present at your stall at all times between 12-5pm. We take no responsibility for any missing or lost or damage to any items.

We take no responsibility for any products or services sold by stallholders at our market. When booking with us, you take full responsibility for ensuring your products adhere to any legal requirements that may apply, and ensuring your products are not plagiarised from a third party. We reserve the right to revoke your place at the market without refund if it is.

Layouts are organised by us and are non negotiable.

Any additional equipment must fit within the space booked, or agreed with us in advance for an additional fee.

The event will run 12-8pm, but you will have access from 11am to set up. You are required to be at your stall at least 12-6pm. The final 2 hours in the evening are optional, but we recommend you attend during this time as we’ll have a DJ and bar running.

You must clear your stall, leaving it tidy and clean, by 8.30pm.

When booking, you agree that you own and/or have the right to use any content in your application and that it doesn’t infringe any third party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any infringing (or potentially infringing) content immediately.

We have no control over and can't guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised, accuracy and reliability of both sellers and buyers. 

If COVID restrictions change and the market must be cancelled, it will take place online instead, or we will offer you an alternative Christmas market date. We take no responsibility for any loss incurred due to this. Where we aren’t able to offer an alternative date, we will offer a refund.

We have no parking available, the closest is Bentalls car park.

Any additional stock you bring must fit underneath your table. For additional storage space, please agree with us in advance.

Photos and videos will be taken throughout the day for use across our websites and social media. If you don’t consent to this, please let us know.
